Opal'S Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water
2 whole eggs
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Crisco, melted
1 1/2 c. warm milk
6 to 6 1/2 c. bread flour
Preparation

Put yeast in warm water. Do not stir; set aside and let rise or work. Mix eggs, salt, sugar, Crisco, warm milk and bread flour. Add yeast mixture and let rise in bowl.
Knead and poke down and knead again. Form into 3 loaves. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
