Oyster Corn Bread Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 c. coarsely crumbled corn bread
    2 slices white bread, toasted and torn in pieces
    2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    2 c. chopped celery
    2 c. chopped onion
    2 cans whole oysters, drained
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    5 to 6 c. turkey or chicken broth
Preparation
    Chop oysters and combine first 8 ingredients in a large bowl. Stir in enough broth until mixture is very moist.
    Pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish (or pan).
    Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Makes 12 to 15 servings.
