2 c. self-rising meal
2/3 c. oil
3 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. soda
1/4 c. sugar
1 small onion, chopped
1 small bell pepper
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. corn
2 jalapeno pepper
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Beat well.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
