Lemon Walnut Tea Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    walnuts
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. milk
    2/3 c. chopped walnuts
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
Preparation
    Lemon Icing:
    Stir 1 cup powdered sugar and 4 to 5 teaspoons lemon juice together until smooth and thick but pourable.
