Carrots Diane - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. carrots
    3 Tbsps. butter
    3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    minced parsley
Preparation
    Cut carrots into bite size pieces.
    Boil until tender to your taste.
    Drain.
    Place butter in skillet.
    Add carrots to butter. Add Dijon mustard and brown sugar.
    Stir until well coated.
    Serve hot.
    Garnish with parsley.
