Granny'S Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

diced potatoes
2 stalks celery
1 medium onion
salt to taste
1/4 c. butter
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 egg
3 pt. milk
Preparation

Cook first five ingredients together.
Mix together flour, salt and pepper.
Make a hole in flour and break 1 egg.
Mix together so that mixture looks like pie crust before adding water. These are called rivels.
When potatoes are cooked, add milk and let come to a full boil.
Add rivels and let cook for a few minutes (approximately 5 to 10 minutes).
