Holiday Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. broccoli, carrots and cauliflower
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. croutons
Preparation
    Thaw vegetables and saute with onion in 3 tablespoons oleo or butter.
    Mix soup and sour cream well, then fold in 1 cup of croutons.
    Pour into a buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Heat remaining croutons in 1 tablespoon of oleo until covered and sprinkle over casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
    Serves 4 to 6.
