Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    1/2 c. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. butter
    2 c. grated cheese
    1 (11 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. corn flakes
Preparation
    Defrost hash browns.
    Add 1/2 cup butter, salt and pepper and mix together.
    Add sour cream, grated cheese, soup and onions; blend.
    Pour into 3 quart casserole dish.
