Mini Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 vanilla wafers
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Line muffin tin with foil cupcake liners.
    Place one vanilla wafer in each liner.
    Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar on medium speed until well blended.
    Add eggs; mix well.
    Pour over wafers, filling 3/4 full.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Remove from pan when cooled. Chill for 2 hours. Top with fruit or pie filling.
