Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 c. lard
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Measure flour into a large bowl.
    Add lard.
    Mix until crumbly with mixer.
    Add water and salt; mix well with a fork.
    Roll out on floured board.
    Makes 5 crusts.
