Microwave Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1/3 c. finely diced onion
1 c. fine soft bread crumbs
1 c. finely chopped walnuts
2 Tbsp. chili sauce
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
32 mushroom caps (fresh or canned)
Preparation

Melt butter in 8-inch glass pie plate.
Add onion and cook in microwave for 3 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients except mushrooms.
Stuff mushroom caps; pile mixture high.
Put 8 mushrooms on paper plate and cover with wax paper.
Cook 2 minutes in microwave.
Serve.
