Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

sweet potatoes (right smart amount, cooked, about 3 c.)
1/2 stick margarine
1 c. sugar
1 large can Pet milk
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Preparation

Bake or boil sweet potatoes.
Mash sweet potatoes and add margarine.
Next add sugar, Pet milk, eggs and vanilla.
Taste for desired sweetness.
Add cinnamon and nutmeg.
Pour into pie crust. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until pie is firm.
