Better Brussels Sprouts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 3 1/2 lb. Brussels sprouts
2 1/2 Tbsp. butter
2 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
8 cloves garlic
1 c. chicken broth
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

Cut off stem and \"X\" bottom of each sprout.
Over low heat, melt the butter with olive oil in a large pot.
Add garlic; cook 2 to 3 minutes.
Add sprouts; toss with butter mixture.
Add chicken broth, salt and pepper.
Cover; cook for 10 to 15 minutes over low.
Do not overcook.
Drain; return to pot.
Before serving, toss with melted butter and parsley.
