Liver Dumpling Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beef soup bone
    about 3 qt. water
    2 celery ribs
    1 small onion
    2 green onions
    parsley
    salt
    pepper
    bay leaf
    3 peeled carrots (optional)
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 lb. ground liver *
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion or onion powder
Preparation
    *Use your food processor or hand grinder to grind the liver.
