Frozen Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage, chopped fine
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    3 carrots, chopped
    1 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Mix first 3 and sprinkle salt over and let stand for 1 hour. Boil vinegar, water, sugar, celery seed and mustard seed.
    Let cool.
    Squeeze cabbage out of water; pour cooled vinegar over cabbage and put in bag.
    Freeze.
