Old Fashioned Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
2 c. white sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
3 c. sour apples, diced
3/4 c. butterscotch chips
1/2 c. nuts

Preparation

Mix oil, eggs and sugar.
Sift dry ingredients.
Mix and stir in diced apples and nuts.
Put butterscotch chips on top.
Bake in a sheet pan, 13 x 9-inch or 2 (9 x 9-inch) pans, at 350\u00b0 until firm.
