Chili Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 qt. tomatoes, scalded and peeled
1 qt. onions, chopped fine
4 heaping tsp. pickling spice (mixed; tied in bag)
1/4 c. salt
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 c. vinegar
4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Boil 4 hours.
Hot pack.
Stir periodically so sauce maintains red color.
