Red Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium red potatoes in jackets
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 tsp. horseradish
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 c. parsley
    1 tsp. celery seed
    2 medium red onions, minced
Preparation
    Wash potatoes and boil in jackets.
    When done, cut 1/8-inch slices.
    Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, horseradish, celery seed and salt; set aside.
    Then mix parsley and onions in another bowl. In a large bowl, put potatoes (salt each layer of potatoes lightly).
    Then cover with mayonnaise mixture, then onion mixture. Continue layering with parsley/onion mixture on top and refrigerate.
    Do not stir.
    This needs to be made the night before.
    Serves 10 to 12.
