White Chili(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 onions, cooked until tender
    4 (15.8 oz.) cans Great Northern beans
    1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
    2 lb. cooked chicken, chopped (canned may be used)
    2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chili peppers
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp. cumin spice
    2 c. chicken broth (canned may be used)
Preparation
    Cook onions in large pot until tender.
    Add seasonings and peppers.
    Stir well.
    Add chicken, beans and broth and bring to a boil.
    Simmer until ready to eat.
    (Better if prepared the day before and refrigerated.)
    Serve with Mexican Cornbread (see recipe).
