Crunchy Creamed Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (17 oz.) cans creamed corn
2 c. saltine cracker crumbs
1/2 stick margarine
Preparation

Pour corn in casserole dish.
Sprinkle with cracker mixture evenly over corn, then with a teaspoon, cut butter and drop pieces on top of the cracker crumbs.
Cook in oven at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
