Cheese-Filling For Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. Mozzarella, shredded
    1 1/2 c. grated Parmesan
    1 1/2 c. Ricotta or cottage cheese
    1 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
    Stuff cooled and drained shells.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes, using previously described sauce.
