Chicken Parmesagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Market Day chicken steaks or any boneless chicken breast
seasoned or Italian bread crumbs
1 pkg. sliced Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
1 (16 oz.) jar Italian cooking sauce
1 egg, beaten
Preparation

Dip chicken in egg and bread crumbs.
Brown in oil.
Place in a shallow baking pan and layer with sliced Mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, sauce and then another layer of Parmesan cheese. Cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, uncovered.
Add 10 minutes to cooking time if you forgo browning in oil.
Serve over pasta.
