Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
2 c. milk
3 c. fresh corn, cut off the cob and chopped
3 eggs
Preparation

Melt the butter; stir in flour, salt, pepper and sugar.
Cook until bubbly.
Add milk and cook until thick.
Stir in the corn and eggs; beat until frothy.
Pour into a buttered 1 quart casserole dish and bake in a hot water bath at 350\u00b0 about 45 minutes or until custard is set.
Or, mix the egg yolks into the corn mixture and beat the egg whites until stiff.
Fold into the mixture and proceed baking.
