Company Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 boneless chicken breasts
1 small jar dried beef
2 (6 oz.)jars sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. white wine
10 3/4 oz. cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can milk
4 Tbsp. butter
1 can artichoke hearts
Preparation

Wrap dried beef around breasts and place in buttered baking dish.
Season with scant salt and pepper to taste.
(Dried beef is salty!)
Place drained mushrooms on chicken.
In separate pan, heat together soup, milk and butter.
Add wine and pour over chicken.
Cook uncovered at 300\u00b0 for one hour and 15 minutes.
Add sour cream and artichoke hearts and bake 30 minutes more.
