Divinity Fudge Or Bonbons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. honey
    2 egg whites
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    25 walnut or pecan halves
Preparation
    Combine sugar, water and honey.
    Stir while heating until sugar dissolves.
    Boil without stirring until syrup forms a hard ball when tested in cold water (265\u00b0).
    Remove from heat and quickly beat salted egg whites until stiff.
    Slowly add syrup to egg whites, beating constantly.
    Beat until candy thickens and begins to lose its gloss; add flavorings and quickly drop by teaspoons onto greased plate or waxed paper.
    Put half a nut meat on each piece while still warm.
