Italian Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. broccoli florets (1 large bunch)
5 c. cauliflowerets (1 small head)
4 plum tomatoes, chopped
1 medium cucumber, peeled and sliced
1 medium sweet onion, thinly sliced
1 c. sliced carrots
2 cans (2 1/4 oz. each) sliced ripe olives, drained
1/2 c. sliced stuffed olives
1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian salad dressing
1 (8 oz.) bottle creamy Italian salad dressing
2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation

In a large salad bowl, combine everything except dressing and cheese. Toss ingredients together.
