Microwave Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, chopped (undrained)
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can light red kidney beans (undrained)
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Crumble beef in a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Stir in onion. Cover.
    Microwave 5 to 6 minutes on High.
    Drain and stir in remaining ingredients.
    Cover.
    Microwave 14 to 18 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes, covered.
