Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 1/2 c. coconut
    2 c. walnuts
    1 c. crushed pineapple
Preparation
    In mixer bowl, blend oil, sugar, vanilla and eggs.
    Sift flour, salt and baking soda and add to first mixture.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Spread in a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan or 2 (9-inch) round pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
