Chicken Velvet Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter
    3/4 c. flour
    6 c. hot chicken stock
    1 c. milk
    1 c. heavy cream
    2 c. chicken, cooked and diced
    1-2 Tbsp. chicken broth
    salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter and whisk in flour.
    Cook until flour bubbles. Stir in 2 cups of chicken stock, milk and cream.
    Stir in remaining stock, chicken and broth.
    Season with salt and pepper.
