Sausage Corn Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. Martha White self-rising meal
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 lb. sausage (lightly brown in skillet)
Preparation
    Grease
    and
    heat muffin pans, corn stick mold or skillet. Beat
    egg
    with
    fork,
    add milk and oil.
    Stir in meal, sugar and sausage.
    Blend well.
    Pour batter into hot greased pans. Bake in
    preheated
    450\u00b0
    oven
    25 or 30 minutes.
    This bread should be
    baked
    thin
    and quite brown.
    Makes about 14 muffins, 18 sticks or one medium-size skillet full.
