Saturday Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. (2 envelopes) chicken noodle soup mix
    1/2 c. uncooked regular rice
    2 c. boiling water
    1 lb. pork sausage
    2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimientos
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
Preparation
    Combine soup mix and rice in a 1 3/4-quart shallow casserole dish.
    Add boiling water, stirring until soup mix is dissolved. Set aside.
