Mexican Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, chunked
    2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes, drained and diced
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Heat until cheese is melted. Crock-pot is great for this!
    Stir frequently.
    Serve on corn chips or nachos.
