Egg White Drop Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 egg whites
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Beat the egg whites until stiff, then add baking powder and then sugar, a little at a time.
Put in vanilla and then pecans. Spoon out on a baking pan.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for at least 45 minutes.
