Sybil'S Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    dried beans
    dried peas
    lentils
    1 qt. water
    stew meat or hamburger
    1 qt. tomatoes, onion, celery, potatoes and carrots, diced
    1 Tbsp. chicken bouillon
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    pepper and garlic to taste
Preparation
    Soak the dried beans, dried peas, lentils, etc., in water overnight.
    Put dried beans into kettle with water.
    Bring to a boil; simmer for 2 1/2 hours with stew meat.
    Add tomatoes, onion, celery, potatoes, carrots and seasonings; simmer 1/2 hour longer.
