Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk, scalded
5 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 eggs
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation

Beat eggs until yolks and whites are blended.
Add sugar, salt, nutmeg and vanilla.
Mix thoroughly.
Add milk slowly, stirring constantly.
Pour into pastry-lined pie pan.
Bake in hot oven (425\u00b0) until an inserted knife comes out clean.
