Hot Crab Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. crab meat
16 oz. cream cheese
1/2 pt. sour cream
4 heaping Tbsp. mayonnaise
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp. dry mustard
3 shakes garlic salt
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
paprika
Preparation

Soften cream cheese.
Blend all but crab meat and 1/2 of Cheddar cheese in mixer.
Stir crab meat in with spoon.
Put into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Sprinkle the half of cheese on top. Top with paprika.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
