J.R.'S Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 cans pinto beans
    1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    4 Tbsp. water
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown the beef with the onion powder and garlic powder.
    Add beans and tomatoes.
    Bring to a boil.
    Make a paste from the water, chili powder, flour and sugar.
    Add 1 teaspoon salt and stir into first mixture.
    Simmer until somewhat thickened.
