Swedish Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 qt. lukewarm fresh milk
    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 rennet tablet
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 1/2 c. cream
    3 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    The milk must be whole milk.
    Heat milk to lukewarm.
    Make a thin paste of flour with part of the milk.
    Soak rennet tablet in water for 3 minutes.
    Add paste and rennet to the milk and stir well.
    Let stand 40 minutes.
    Stir curds, put in cheese cloth and drain off whey.
