Creole Liver And Limas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef liver
    4 oz. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. diced celery
    2 medium canned tomatoes
    3/4 c. tomato puree
    1/4 tsp. \"legal\" hot sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. cooked lima beans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cut liver into bite-size pieces and brown with onion and celery in nonstick skillet.
    Add remaining ingredients, except limas.
    Place lima beans in a 1-quart casserole dish and pour liver mixture over them.
    Bake for 45 minutes.
    Divide evenly.
    Makes 2 servings.
