Spanish Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    2 lb. round steak, cut in 6 serving size pieces
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can dark red kidney beans, drained
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
Preparation
    Pound flour into meat.
    In large skillet, brown meat in hot oil.
    Drain off excess fat.
    Combine remaining ingredients; pour over steak.
    Cover and simmer 45 to 50 minutes or until meat is tender.
    Makes 6 servings.
