Crock-Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. roast
    3 to 4 bay leaves
    3/4 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    14 oz. ketchup or honey barbecue sauce
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in crock-pot.
    Put in enough water to cover meat.
    Cook slow 6 to 8 hours.
    Remove meat; slice.
    (Serve with gravy.)
