White Chilli - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. white beans
6 c. chicken broth
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
2 cans chopped green chillies
2 tsp. ground cumin
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
4 c. diced cooked chicken breast
Preparation

Combine beans, broth, garlic and onion.
Cook until tender. You may need to add more liquid.
Add chillies and spices to bean mixture.
Add diced chicken and simmer at least 1 hour.
Serve topped with grated cheese.
Offer other garnishes such as sour cream, ripe olives, chopped tomatoes, tortilla chips, salsa and guacamole.
Serve with wedge of crusty cornbread.
