Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. boiling water
    1 c. Coffee-mate
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 stick margarine, softened
    1/2 c. flour
    3/4 c. picante sauce
    1/3 can chili (no beans)
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix margarine and flour.
    Mix in all other ingredients.
    Cook over low heat until thick.
    (If dip gets too thick, add water.) Serve warm with chips.
