Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
6 Tbsp. melted butter

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and pour into lightly greased 8 x 8-inch glass casserole dish.
