Crock-Pot Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 carrots, sliced
    2 onions, sliced
    2 stalks celery with leaves and sliced
    3 lb. chicken pieces
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. water
    basil, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place carrots, onions and celery in crock-pot.
    Add chicken, chicken broth, water and seasonings.
    Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
    Yields 6 servings.
