Ingredients

1 pt. light ice cream
1 qt. apple juice
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. maple flavoring
dash of salt
1 qt. butter pecan ice cream
Preparation

Combine the first 5 ingredients in container or electric blender; blend well.
Pour mixture into punch cups; top each with a scoop of ice cream.
Serves 12 to 16.
