Pecan Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. sharp grated cheese
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 stick margarine
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    3/4 c. light brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 beaten egg
    vanilla flavoring to taste
Preparation
    Combine 1 stick margarine and cheese; melt. Combine with flour. Chill mixture for about 1 hour; shape into cups to fit miniature muffin
    tins that have been sprayed with Baker's Joy cooking spray. Beat brown sugar, 3 tablespoons margarine, vanilla and egg together; add nuts. Fill cups about 2/3 full. Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for approximately 12 minutes. You might need to cook a little longer until lightly browned, depending on the temperature of your oven.
