Zucchini Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 zucchini, cut up
    2 garlic cloves, chopped fine
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    fresh grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. long grain rice
    1 1/2 c. chicken stock
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Saute zucchini in oil and garlic.
    Remove from pan.
    Add rice and brown in butter.
    Place rice in a saucepan; add soup stock and white wine.
    Bring to boil without lid.
    Add salt.
    Place zucchini on top of rice.
    Do not stir.
    Cover and simmer.
    Add cheese when serving.
