Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 chopped onion
    3 to 4 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    salt
    pepper
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. cornmeal
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 chopped onion
    1 c. milk
    1 can cream corn
Preparation
    Brown sausage, onion, jalapeno peppers, salt and pepper. Drain.
    Mix cornmeal, eggs, salt, onion, milk and creamed corn. Pour 1/2 batter into greased baking dish.
    Add meat, then cheese. Top with rest of batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
