Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sticks margarine
    3 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    3 c. plain flour
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 pkg. frozen coconut
Preparation
    Cream the margarine and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with sour cream. Add vanilla flavoring.
    Fold in thawed coconut.
    Bake in well-greased and floured tube pan for 1 hour and 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
